Spiritual Leadership -
Pursue my own growing relationship with Jesus
Lead with humility, grace, and authenticity
Invite the Holy Spirit to guide each meeting

Relational Shepherding -
Create a safe, welcoming space where people can be known
Care for each person through prayer, follow-up, and encouragement
Address issues like conflict or crisis with support from my coach

Facilitating Growth -
Prepare weekly using the sermon-based guide
Guide conversation, not dominate it
Encourage spiritual next steps (serving, prayer, baptism, leadership)

Multiplying Disciples -
Identify and invest in a potential apprentice
Help others grow in their leadership and faith
Support the mission and vision of Echoes Church

Commitment to the Season -
Host or lead consistently during the Crew season (10–12 weeks)
Attend leader huddles and respond to coaching/support
Communicate any changes, needs, or challenges

Time Commitment -
Weekly Crew: 90 minutes
Prep & follow-up: 30–60 minutes/week
Attend Leader Huddles: 1–2 per season
Seasons: 10–12 weeks, Fall, Winter & Spring options
